Send a test event
Sends the endpoint a webhook_endpoint.test event, whatever it subscribes to,
signed and delivered like any other. The answer is the event; its delivery is
queued and follows within seconds.

ApiKey AuthorizationBearer <token>
A merchant API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer vk_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: vk_test_ for testnets, vk_live_ for real money.
